Hazel Architects has partnered with businesses throughout Colorado to create office and warehouse facilities that are functional, efficient, and built to support their operations.
A new two-story, 5,350-square-foot facility expanding Strait Mechanical's operations into Yampa, Colorado. The building includes a 4,000-square-foot office and shop area on the main level and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment above. Anticipated construction completion: October 2027

A new approximately 4,870-square-foot shop designed for Connell Resources, complementing their existing facility with a cohesive exterior design and materials. The project incorporates CMU, precast concrete, stucco, and architectural metal panels to create a complementary “sister” building.
A new 9,385-square-foot, one-story facility designed to accommodate C&S Rain Gutters' office and warehouse needs while providing space for future commercial tenants. Suite A includes the company's office and warehouse, while Suite B provides core and shell space for future office or retail use.
